- Tomasz Kuszczak is set to sit down with Alex Ferguson to decide his future. The Polish keeper flipped between being the 2nd and 3rd keeper at Man U this season and with United apparently interested in Villareal keeper Diego Lopez, Kuszczak has asked his manager to clarify his standing at the club. If Kuszczak decides to leave, there is no doubt he'll be snapped up quickly - a number of Premiership clubs have expressed interest in the past and now Russian club Zenit St. Petersburg have expressed their interest as well.
- Another Polish keeper who has being playing second fiddle for the last few years, Jerzy Dudek, is rumoured to have signed a deal with Portsmouth FC. Dudek, who only made 8 apperances for the La Liga side, would most likely serve as cover for England #1 Calamity, err I mean, David James.
- GKS Belchatow striker Dawid Nowak looks to be the hottest commodity on the Polish transfer market this summer. The injury-prone striker, who scored 10 goals in 23 appearances this season, has been linked to Wisla Krakow, Lech Poznan and an unnamed foreign club.
- No big surprise here: Henryk Kasperczak has been let go by recently relegated Gornik Zabrze.
